​Lisa Hendrix Simmons loves writing. She writes everything from adventure stories, a history about her family and  blogs about her life.  Lisa lives with her husband Michael in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  Together they have three children and three grandchildren.  She and her family love to go on adventures from doing aerobatic stunts in a biplane to white water rafting to hiking local trails. Lisa finds adventure in everything she does then she writes about them in her fiction stories and her blog. She and her family's other adventure is owning a martial arts school and teaching women and children self defense.
